Yesterday, after realizing a fruitful discussion with colleagues from other research organizations and industries, targeting the identification of common research synergies, our team honored the Greek custom of “cutting the New Year’s cake”.
In Greece, it’s a tradition to cut a pie (the so called ‘Vasilopita’) that contains a hidden coin into pieces. The one whose piece contains the coin is said to have a lot of luck during the new year!
