The KLEPOTRACE EU-funded research project kick-off meeting successfully took place in Milan on June 8th, 2023. The consortium aims to combat high-level corruption methods by strengthening the investigation, tracing, and recovery of assets linked to criminal activities. In this context, the Department of Informatics and Telematics of Harokopio University of Athens (DIT-HUA) will spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI technologies. In particular, these technologies aim to process massive amounts of data to detect intricate corruption patterns effectively.
This effort is led by the principal investigator Prof. Georgios Th. Papadopoulos.
